Since 1987 the principal of our company, Gus Monahu, PE has performed more than 5000 residential and commercial inspections ranging from "starter" ranch homes to lake front mansions to 500,000 sf warehouses.
As a professional engineer licensed by the state of Illinois (#062-032044) to provide engineering services, Gus has experience and qualifications rarely found in inspection personnel. In addition to his engineering degree, Gus has certification from Harper College in BUILDING CODE TECHNOLOGY and ENFORCEMENT.
